What We Do

MMResearch uses a range of research methods in our approach to perceiving and understanding the minds and hearts of our clients’ target audiences.

Our main research tools are qualitative, although our team has expertise in both qual and quant methods, and we will always choose the approach that best addresses the project’s needs.   Sometimes the best way to find out what our clients need to know will be through group discussion, at other times we will use in-depth interviews, paired interviews, affinity groups, observational studies, or any combination of these approaches. The key, for us and our clients, is choosing the best way to uncover the insights that the research project is needed for.
